One-Year Limited Warranty

Thank you for purchasing our product! We stand behind the quality of our Bluetooth heating massage eye sleeping mask and offer a one-year limited warranty to ensure your satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage:
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises within one year from the date of purchase, we will either repair the product at no charge, replace it with a new or refurbished unit, or offer a full refund at our discretion.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover consumable parts like batteries unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
